I developed from a commercial lawyer (former partner at law firm CMS) to a legal designer of transformative contracting and living governance. I help organizations and citizen initiatives create effective agreements in complex contexts: system change, healthy conflict resolution, and creating a rhythm for learning and adjustment. This usually involves multi-party situations and strategic public-private partnerships (PPPs).

I worked for several years as an in-house lawyer at a large corporation and gained extensive experience with complex international contracts. I noticed that contracts often hinder rather than connect. This led me to wonder: how could this be done differently? These and other personal experiences gave me a broader perspective on people, organizations, and the environment, and led me to transformative contracting: a way of working that truly connects parties and does justice to their shared vision and goals.
My background includes contract and project management, organizational consulting, and (team) coaching in a variety of sectors. Through my experience as a (voice) coach (Phoenix Opleidingen / Soul Voice®), I developed a keen eye for the human dimension. My passion for sustainable living and collaboration inspires me to explore new forms of organizing, where a different approach to agreements is central: agreements that are legally sound, supported, and build trust for the future. I enjoy guiding people and organizations through these processes, so that together, from a solid foundation, we can create meaningful collaborations and new opportunities.
